🪑 Stylish Wenge Stacking Stool by Linon Home Decor Review

When I first ordered them they were different and better. The length of wood under the seat was longer making it stronger/sturdy and also the paint was nicer, more evenly covered and nice looking. All but one broke but lasted much longer than the second ones I bought which were cheaper and thinner in construction, the length of wood under the seat was noticeably shorter and the finish was horrible and dirty, like someone in one would hurry up to varnish them.

Maybe the wooden supports prevent the legs from falling off during use, but there are other problems. They are shrink wrapped which cannot be recycled. The legs are rounded so they don't sit flat and the felt pads don't stick. The bad finish is the worst. They are stained but have no top coat so smell strongly of wood stain. The stain is uneven and comes off the hands a little. We need to finish them and align the legs before we can use them.

Excellent tables and very useful. The quality is a little lower than when I bought another set a few years ago. The plastic cover is a bit difficult to remove on new tables. The finish is excellent. others do not work at all when folded. I had to buy furniture pads (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KM9T6B8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and put them two up to reach the goal. Overall, I'm glad I bought them.

I have them on sale and my cost was about $8 per chair (set of 4). Overall I find the product acceptable for the price. The wood is beautiful, the design is pleasant. These stools are great! They are stable and lie flat on the floor (no leg height difference). What surprised me was the quality of the packaging. Each stool was individually shrink-wrapped and secured with an intermediate layer so that they could not rub against each other during transport.
