Great value for money

These are now my new favorite headphones. Derived from the Fiio EX1 set, they have much stronger and deeper bass but an amazing amount of detail across the board. I've found that all headphones can be adjusted for some EQ, particularly by slightly lowering the upper-mid vocals. They benefit from the same customization. I replaced the ear tips with the included foam ear tips as the pre-installed ear tips kept slipping out. Very happy with this purchase. (Thanks Steve G.!)

Big disappointment, bad cable, don't believe the hype

We've had the same bad cable problems that others have reported. Lensoul should have sent us a replacement cable but didn't. The sound is interrupted due to a bad connection between the cable and the earpiece. When it works, the sound quality is mediocre to poor. Very dirty and noisy. Generally inferior headphones with cheap sound. Comfort is fine, but if the sound is bad then comfort doesn't matter. Sent back for a refund.

Inadequate design Best headphones

To my ears, at least, the nanotube pins that the flexible eartips are attached to are too short to penetrate the ear canal far enough to deliver the headphones' full frequency range place. Drivers need to be heard. The result, to me at least, was a very thin and tinny (no pun intended) sound. The design of the on-ear headphones is also a bit awkward, which often causes the headphones to fall out during normal movement. It's nearly impossible to plug and unplug the left and right plugs into and…

great sounding in ear headphones

good first time, great bass, detail and soundstage, comfortable for long listens, personally i get the wow factor and get addicted to it. really happy as the sound keeps getting better although they haven't completely burned yet (only 6/7 hours so far). The cable is good enough but no mic noise. The sound on the right earphone is not so good. Linsoul was very responsive and nice, they send a replacement cable, hopefully it fixes the problem. I will update with the February 8th update. I have…

Great sound, terrible cable.

In short, the sound quality is second to none for the price. Bass is present but not overpowering. Mids are soft, highs are not tiring. Now the problem with this one, as others have said, is with the cable. The left cable cuts in and out from time to time. I've always heard good things about their cables, so that's very disappointing. With that said, I think I'll keep them because they sound damn good. Unfortunately, I now have to buy a replacement cable. It would be nice if they sent me a new…

Neutrality: now with a touch of soundtrack

Tin T4 is the latest in a line of affordable and worthy Tin Hifi in-ear headphones. Unlike the T2, which was a dual dynamic driver setup, and the T3, which was a 1 BA + 1 DD hybrid, the T4 are single dynamic driver headphones. How does that compare to Ting's other work, which costs almost twice as much? TL; DR - worth it. The familiar shape and build quality with Harman-esque tuning make for an above-average listening experience, especially at this price point. Packaging, assembly and…
