More of an olive green with a touch of kelly green

Dense and soft, but not kelly green, more of an olive green with a touch of kelly green. Perfect for fall/winter crafts due to the shade.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • Exorbitant price

Has the yarn been labeled as Kelly Green?

I am voluntarily knitting a premature baby hat for the hospital. I need soft for their soft heads. I also wanted a green Kelly and it was more of a fern green. I also use baby yarn because it tends to be cozy and comfortable for babies.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Quality

ALWAYS THE RIGHT YARN

This yarn is soft and always the same color as I have used many different batches of Kelly Green for the Afghan wool I sew. This yarn will also soften after being worked. washed and dried. I have been using Lion Brand Vanna's Choice yarn for about 6 months and would recommend this product.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Definitely NOT Kelly Green!

It's definitely not Kelly Green so I don't know why they called it that. I was hoping it was my screen that made the color look a little yellow/green, but when they arrived they were more of a yellow/green color. The quality seems good but I can't use this yarn for my project. I will go ahead and use it for another project as the quality seems good (I like Lion Brand Yarn).

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • So far so good

It was a very spongy yarn, different of course.

I really enjoyed making a baby blanket with this yarn but I don't have time to unwind it and make a ball. When I used this yarn I couldn't find the beginning and so it was very frustrating for me to use it when I had to keep unwinding the section to use it and repeating it every time I used that what I had unraveled . Even the cheaper Red Heart yarn has a beginning and an end that are visible to the eye every time. Not this yarn. I probably wouldn't buy again.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time
