Cracked Bodywork - Caravan Parts and Accessories

The outer packaging looks great, no problem. You open it and the case is cracked! Makes me think it's in stock before shipping. Very disappointed that this seems to be an ongoing problem. The second one broke too, don't waste your time and money.

No cracks! suitable for leveling and stabilizing

Happy to report that mine arrived without the dreaded crack. Installed and works with no problems. I will let you know if anything changes but not yet, shipping has been good and items are as advertised. The slight negative is that it's a bit slower than I expected, but with a smart feature I don't care.

Easy outside installation

Jack looks nice. It took 20 minutes to remove my old jack and install this, 10 minutes of which was tying the wire properly to the frame (I don't like dangling wires). It seems slower than my previous jack, but it lifts my 30ft RV well. LED lights are cool and you should get a case for them because they are the icing on the cake. I would recommend this jack and/or buy it again.

There are no replacement parts, so if something breaks, you'll have to buy a new jack.

covers it 99% of the time. I contacted Lippert for a replacement control panel and they told me this is not what they sell and I would need to buy a brand new jack. That's why I decided to give a one star rating, it's just not worth it if it can't be fixed. The only feature I consistently used on this jack was the auto retract feature. another jack.
