It's good! for BCAA

Bragg's is rich in flavor and pairs well with many foods you might not normally consider such as: B. Fried eggs. I was concerned about the amount of sodium so I tasted it. I mixed equal amounts of Bragg beer and water and tasted it against my low-sodium tamari sauce. The diluted Bragg's was even saltier and spicier than the undiluted tamari. Tasty, nutritious and versatile

I don't always have time to write reviews, but when it comes to a particularly good or bad product I try to take my time. This one was a pleasant surprise. First, the taste is amazing. Yes, it can be a bit salty, but I make up for it by adding less salt to the food. It tastes more like tamari with a lighter flavor than soy sauce with a heavier flavor. And I love the fact that it's non-GMO, non-fermented, and gluten-free. And because it contains amino acids, I feel better when I eat it. I use it
