Lisle 10900 Brake Bleeder Wrench Review

Perfect for my 2003 Buick Lasabre. I'll take a chance and say this will work for most older GM vehicles (check bleed nut size before ordering). There are two sides of the key 5/16 and 3/8 and I had no problem bleeding the brakes. It's the perfect tool for the job; long enough for good leverage and short enough for clearance.

Wrence was just what I needed. Some brake fittings are difficult to access and can still put pressure on the key. The very long length of this wrench allowed me to securely attach it to the brake bleeder and then use a lot of force to pry it out. It's a piece of metal so I'm sure it will last a long time.

This key is used to open the exhaust valves. However, care must be taken that the bleeder is not a metric size as the tool is designed for inch sized bleeders. The length of the handle gives you the leverage you need to open and remove the old exhaust valve. This is a hex wrench best suited for small hex sizes as it prevents rounding of the hex corners. All in all, it's a well-made instrument.
