The lamp itself is beautiful but the screw they use to hold the top of the lamp isn't strong enough so the top of the Lamp just falls off and will not stay in place.

The lamp came with several scratches on the lampshade and a dent right in the middle. The lamp socket is not parallel to the lampshade, so when you adjust the lampshade horizontally, the socket sticks out at an odd angle. I should have listened to other bad reviews!

The lamp arrived packaged in excellent condition. It was a box on top of a larger box. When I unpacked the lamp, it was encased in a foam block. I hate styrofoam. I found there were 2 small dents in the shade. Not what I expected. We will use it for our church wing. Not sure what I want to do. Tried to take a photo. They don't show themselves well. That should have happened from the factory. I'm not sure why I should leave it because it's a beautiful lamp.

Beautiful lamp but from the moment I took it out of the box this is the only position it stays in without falling off. down and leaning on the piano. It turns on and off normally. It also had no lights. Very expensive for something that doesn't work properly. I bought this for my mom in January as a Mother's Day gift. Unfortunately I didn't give it to her until May so it was too late to return this defective lamp for a refund. Stay away and save your money.
