We ordered this kitchen fan to keep the air moving and this little fan does the job. Very easy to set up in 20 minutes. There were options to connect it to dimmers and have separate switches for fans and lights. The last time I set something on fire the fan cleared the smoke before the fire alarm went off so that was a bonus. Definitely recommend!

It was easy to install but when the fan is running it's very disappointing: there is almost no difference between the three speeds at high speed you can feel the breeze at However, at low and medium speeds, the fans rotate at almost the same speed, which creates a very annoying hum. At some point I will buy another fan, just didn't feel like taking it off, repackaging it and sending it back.

The fan comes with 6 reversible blades but with a 5 fan motor. Figured out after installation and ready to install fan blades. Although the order said it was a return, in the original packaging with everything that came with it, this is not true. Husband tried to install in our guest room (finally had time). Needless to say, he's not very happy. Returns are not possible, so you'll have to disassemble and throw in the trash. NEVER purchase a RETURNED item.

It's my own fault for not reading the description. When I think of a ceiling fan, I think of a mechanical device that releases moving air. The blades are so short - they're dull! On my kitchen ceiling it looks like a boat propeller. It's quite noisy on the highest settings and is inefficient at moving air on low settings. Hubby finally made it onto the honey to do list and I think it's too late to go back. And when I ask him to found the UN, he gets really angry. I regret my purchase.

This is by far the ugliest and worst quality fan I have ever bought. It's also very loud on low settings, which seems odd. It barely generated enough airflow. If that's not enough, the globe is ridiculously small. I have installed many fans, including 28" and 30" fans that were better processed than this boring fan. I wouldn't pay $10 for that. For some reason this fan burns out ordinary lightbulbs after a few days. Some light bulbs wouldn't even last a day. I double and triple checked the wiring to make sure it wasn't a wiring issue on my end. I finally bought an LED light bulb that works without any problems. However, just a few weeks after I started using the LED lamp, the fan stopped working. I checked the wiring again to make sure it's ok, but only the fan motor failed. As mentioned earlier we installed this in a fairly small room with fairly high ceilings which is fine. When you sit or lie on a bed you cannot feel the air movement (at altitude) except from time to time and then you will feel the air movement somehow. I should also mention that 4ft of this ceiling is less than 6ft high and the bed is quite high off the floor so I'm not very happy with the fan.
