Never lug a bucket of dehumidifier up the basement stairs again!

No more climbing stairs to the basement with a full bucket of water in the dehumidifier! I had to remove the plastic baffle inside the dehumidifier bucket to attach it. He led the hose from the basement to the outside faucet.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Broken

Defective but still under manufacturer warranty

I replaced a previous version of this pump with this one. Unfortunately it lasted less than a year but when I contacted the manufacturer they honored the warranty and replaced it for free. At this point, the replacement pump is working as expected.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Thank you for creating such a wonderful product!

Exactly what I was looking for! Fully submersible condensate pump. I don't have much water in my basement, but it gets wet in the rainy season. I dug a hole with a 5 gallon bucket and made holes in the sides of the bucket. The internal float works great! Thank you!

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • No Instructions

Easy installation and low running costs!

Was looking for a dehumidifier drain pump in a basement that didn't have a floor drain/sump pump. This pump is easy to install and works without additional tools. This pump is so small I could fit it in our dehumidifier tank. It has enough power to pump water 9 feet vertically and then 20 feet horizontally to the outside of the house.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Hard to say

Little Giant pump works great

I have a home dehumidifier that I bought a year ago. It has a built-in pump, but it was never powerful enough to run consistently. I was tired of emptying the bucket so I searched for submersible float pumps and found these. I have already had experience with the production and the new one is very well done. With a little modification I install the pump and it works fantastic. The humidity in the basement is now controlled and I don't have to empty the heavy bucket!

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Not sure

Reliable although it works with less water

Pump works fine for us. It's very quiet and moves a good amount of water. The only thing I want to change is that you can collect enough water before you start pumping. I assume it will hold about 1 inch of water. It then flows down to about 1/4 inch. I want it to activate 1/2 inch or less, AND also want it to pump until the water is almost gone (1/8). inches or less) Otherwise I'm happy with the pump, it's reliable and quiet.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Good pump, do not open engine compartment

This pump replaces an old condensate pump that no longer works. Sometimes cleaning of the pump screen is required. Bought January 2018, stopped downloading yesterday. To find out what was going on, I opened up the engine compartment. Big mistake. This is an oil filled pump and most of the oil comes out when it is opened. I am writing this review primarily to find out what type of oil to use to replace spilled oil. I used 10W-30 viscosity oil and filled the lower engine compartment to the…
