2.2 oz: Camp Kitchen

Love the build quality and the 1 ounce and 2 ounce label inside. I don't like the description because it doesn't give the exact weight. I'm returning mine as I'm looking for something in the 1 ounce range. Stove without pan racks: 1.6 ounces Stove with pan racks: 2.2 ounces 1 ounce of isopropyl alcohol will burn for about 10 minutes. It takes about 5 minutes to cook 8 ounces. Water. Incorrect weight given in product description. So hopefully that helps.

Lixada Titanium Alcohol Stove & Rack Combo Set

Very light and well built. I have only used a propane tank and small gas heads in the past and look forward to using a spirit lamp in the future. As a test, I put two fluid ounces of HEET in the oven (the measured lines are inside) and lit. It's hard to tell if it's on fire or not. Give it a few seconds and a hand over the stove 1-2 feet away will detect heat. Be sure to use a stand that supports the kettle or mug over the stove. I poured two cups of water into the kettle and after 12 minutes…

Pretty easy, but very effective! Good price.

In my first boil test, I used 1% denatured alcohol to boil 2 cups of tap water. Using the included cross stand and a 750ml titanium pot with lid, the stove took about 25 seconds to bloom and was up to full flame in about 40 seconds, boiling water in 6 minutes 30 seconds. cross burner and placed the pot directly on the burner (slow boil mode) where it continued to boil until the fuel ran out in 19 minutes and 4 seconds (wow!). It's not the fastest cook time I've seen, but still very respectable.

  • Not the best

Good, super light, works better than I expected

Really good and very light. I wish the stance could be attacked on the record when it's broken. Actually a very viable way to cook on the trail. Regular alcohol produces a lot of soot, but denatured alcohol does not. If you don't mind soot, your alcohol serves a dual purpose. If you can use denatured alcohol for first aid, and I don't know if you can or not, then your alcohol can serve a dual purpose without creating soot. You can also use "Heat” fuel preservation for fuels that also do not…

  • Impressive
