DOES NOT WORK; The latch does not open far enough to catch the handle of a standard 5 gallon flat bucket. I learned this the hard way putting my horse in camp. Extremely disappointed.

Okay, maybe I'm not using them for their intended purpose, but they come in handy for a lot of things from dog collars to harnesses. The neon bright green color means I won't have a hard time finding them in a garage or shed, plus they're REALLY durable and a steal for the price. The snaps at the ends are very strong so when you add VERSATILITY + HEAVY + VALUE it all adds up to 5 stars for me.

Spend the extra cash to get the Schneider version of Schneider - it's the gold standard and these don't even come close. I bought these to hang 5 gallon buckets in my horse stable but found the latch was only half open and it took a few minutes to insert the handle - look forward to it every time I bring the buckets to the cleaning. All 3 straps are like this. Might work for hay nets or anything with a thinner attachment point.
