The best tool for customer service reps

The best thing about Lobbycentral is that it has a lot of features and tools you can use to manage your client's accounts. It is user friendly, I love how easy it is to navigate through the platform. Even if you are new to the program there is no need to fear because the support team is very knowledgeable and will help you get the most out of this tool. There are some things that could be improved but it's a great software with many options. I would definitely recommend using Lobbycentral…

Great Product, Outstanding Customer Service

I like that it's easy to use! It was so simple when we started using this product; however as our business has grown more complicated things have gotten harder but they've been working hard to keep up with demand which shows through their updates constantly. The support team also seems very helpful if you need help solving any issues or questions about your account/data etc. Nothing really specific other than my general thoughts above- great software though! Easy access from anywhere online via

Excellent Product, Fantastic Customer Service

We liked that they were able to update our site quickly with new modules we needed without any issues or downtime! It's been hard tracking down updates since you can't see what changes have happened while your away from home. Be sure someone knows how many employees there are so if something goes wrong it will be easy enought o figure out who did anything when no one was around. I think this should've come up earlier but its good to know about future problems/updates beforehand instead of…
