Overall good solution especially if used along side another CRM

I like how easy it is to set up your profile and start using the product. It's user friendly and intuitive. The ability to create multiple profiles for different locations is really helpful. I wish there was more integration with other systems such as Salesforce. There are also some bugs in the software that you have to keep an eye out for. Excellent Customer Service & Data Insights

Local ID's customer service is top notch. Our account manager, Megan, is extremely knowledgeable and always available to help. Local ID has been instrumental in helping us understand the data that matters to our business. There is a lot of data available for us to use, but we are still in the process of building out our data analysis processes. Very helpful platform especially that most guys do not take care and lead themselves

We use this tool for our business in order to keep track of all leads we have generated via different channels like social media or website visits etc.. It's very easy & user friendly so it can be used by any type customer (business owner/manager). I don't think there are many downsides about using them but if you're looking into something similar then try out other products as well because they might provide better features than what LID offers right now! Keeping up with my sales team members'
