L'Occitane Roll-on Deodorant, 1.6 Fl Oz: Natural Odor Protection at Your Fingertips Review

I have been looking for a more natural deodorant that 1. does not contain baking soda because it gives me a rash 2. works. It was very expensive and didn't work for me at all. First off, I think it smells good. So far, Baxter and Real Purity are the winners. Schmidt works best, but the one that works has baking soda in it. Lafe's came second, but after a few months it stopped working properly.

Great scent but I don't like roll on use and the bottle doesn't last long. I prefer L'Occitane BAVX solid deodorant to this product. I wish this could be made into a solid deodorant (it's lighter and would be better in summer or hot weather; BAVX is better for winter or cooler weather in my opinion)

I almost bought it after seeing the American reviews. But after seeing the European ones, I tried my favorite aftershave scent of all time. I'm glad I did. Nothing Americans say is true in 2020 (I'm American). All reviews are old. It smells just like aftershave, lasts all day and is the best deodorant I've ever had!

Smell is quite pleasant, not quite masculine although it can overpower my perfume especially when I wear more deodorant on warmer days. I like that it helps keep the smell in for most of the day (provided I apply it more liberally) but I will also note that it is not an antiperspirant. What confuses me the most is that the deodorant dries for a very long time.

I've been looking for a better "less toxic" deodorant. I've used Tom's and Kiss My Face with less than brilliant results - I chose them out of habit and feared something new would be worse. I'm active and other deodorants seem fine up to a certain level of activity. As I bike to work (hills) I needed something different.
