A chain mail washer in the cabin, where have you been all my life?

I've been into cast iron for almost ten years and I use a special cheap nylon brush to clean my cast iron. It worked fine. But this mail washer is much better. Just soak your cast iron (I know it's sacrilegious, but trust me) and scrape the last bits of cake with a chain scraper. Then put the scrubber in the dishwasher. bam Did. Light. Brilliant.

Pros
  • Still like everyone
Cons
  • Band

Great product! in the kitchen and dining room

The thing is perfect! Lies comfortably in the hand. Removes large residues of material on cast iron. Not really suitable for small particles, but works for me. I don't insist on removing all particles from my cast iron, just a simple wipe with a paper towel. But to start cleaning, this is the WAY! I've also tried scrapers, but you'll have to wait for the pan to cool. With this chain attachment, you can start cleaning right away!

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Something is wrong

Amazing for cast iron and other cookware.

These are a great time saver when food is stuck to your cast iron skillet and can be used on almost any non-stick skillet too. Thanks to the materials I've had no issues with rusting or smells from anything trying to grow on it and the silicone core allows it to take the shape of the area you want to clean. Also worth noting these things make an incredible stocking for their size and price, and I'm not kidding, this might be their favorite gift they get if they hate cleaning pots.

Pros
  • Lots of Fun
Cons
  • Crumpled Wrapper

Great for more than just cast iron

I've always used cast iron cookware and for some reason only used steel wool for cleaning. That was a big mistake. Wool can scrape off more of the protective layer than such a chain scrub. This is great for removing the residue of use without removing the protective coating on pans. You can wash them without detergent and then oil them and they will stay shiny and flavorful all the time. I love that this chain cleaner has a silicone center that holds the shape like you have to add soap, it also

Pros
  • Sleek design

This product makes cleaning your cast iron MUCH EASIER!

Many cast iron users are right to think about "seasoning" the pan. If you're new to this, you'll see what I mean - you basically don't want the surface of the pan to be scratched or spoiled over time by soap (although some people use soap, but I don't) and this product will help you remove tough, coated hard stuff under hot running water. It's not for everyday use, but just think of it like a ghostbuster: if there's a crime happening in town every day, call the police or the sheriff. all…

Easy to use and super effective

I've seen chain mail that you can buy but found them bulky and not very interesting. Just last night I was watching a cooking channel on youtube where it mentioned chain mail sponges. This sponge is just fantastic. Note: It's not actually a sponge, but it looks like it. It's a silicone rectangle with hexagonal holes inside to allow water to drain through the material. It reached several stages of doneness with ease (no cleaning other than a quick wipe with a paper towel). I didn't put much…
