Just received the Logan 301-S and tried it out recently. I don't know what the other reviewers were struggling with, but the angles and angles on my first rug were absolutely perfect and it was really, really easy. I would recommend a trial cut to make sure your lines line up with the cut line along the clamp bar, as mine was about 1/32 inch within that line on the first try, which ultimately didn't affect my result. I got my Logan 301 yesterday, I'm used to that. I bought some practice sheets and spent an hour or two on them and now I'm cutting real carpet! It took a little practice but I think it was worth it. The machine is well built and comes with five spare blades. The blades seem to wear out quickly so I've already ordered a pack of 100 replacements.
