Thick buckle accepts collars, harnesses and leashes

I love how this orange colored collar looks on my wire hair griffon. However, I don't like the design of the leash buckle and connector. With every other collar I've had, you simply insert the open end of the collar into the buckle, select a hole, and thread through the leash connector. With this collar, you thread the open end of the collar through the leash connector, then into the buckle, select the hole, and then insert it into the leather cord. No jury yet, but so far so good

UPDATE: I've increased my rating to 5 stars. After writing my first review I was concerned about the fit of the collar. I contacted Mike at Logical Leather and asked him about it - why one hole is too tight and the next too loose. He responded immediately and was very helpful. I recommend anyone having problems with the collar to contact the company. They really want to provide good customer service and do the right thing to the best of their ability. I would definitely purchase another product

DO NOT BUY! Bad design, NOT full grain or even high quality leather and generally rubbish.

Totally fooled by marketing language and some misrepresentations. Unfortunately my return window is closed as I pre-purchased it as a Christmas present for our boxer. The company advertises a full money back guarantee, but I would rather post this review to help other buyers than to get my money back.
