I ordered this item last week and it arrived quickly. The pairing and setup process is poorly explained with some oversimplified diagrams. But I've worked successfully with them before. Turn on the iPad. Turn on the keyboard. Wait until the name "slim folio pro" appears in the list of Bluetooth devices.
