I ordered this item last week and it arrived quickly. The pairing and setup process is poorly explained with some oversimplified diagrams. But I've worked successfully with them before. Turn on the iPad. Turn on the keyboard. Wait until the name "slim folio pro" appears in the list of Bluetooth devices. Tap on the displayed device name and a pairing code will appear on your iPad. and you walk away.... Unfortunately, the pairing code was not displayed. OK. Try again. Close everything and start over. Vain. Contact Revain to return the label. Wait! Can we try to fix the problem? Big. Try again with Revain technology. Vain. Let me direct you to Logitech Technical Support. OK. After 2-3 attempts. still no luck. Return to Revain Technical Support. They can ship a replacement the next day, which is pre-tested by Logitech before it fails. . Against my common sense I agree. Just trying to help a techie who's really trying to do the right thing. The replacement comes the next day. The same thing. No damn pairing code. I probably have 10 or more devices paired with my various iPads, iPhones, laptops, etc. I'm not new here. My advice is to look for another manufacturer for these additional devices.
