The description of this item implies that its voice interface depends on Alexa. Unfortunately it isn't. The Logitech app uses proprietary voice recognition that's nowhere near the level of Alexa. This is a cheap way to get Alexa in your car. You have to adjust a few things with the volume. The only thing is when it's in the dock it affects bluetooth phone calls. Otherwise a perfect free system. Can't beat the price! UPDATE: I've gotten used to using this for hands-free text messaging and Facebook messaging. When I bought it for the first time. I love it. It worked great. until this happened. Not sure if it was an update on the phone or something with Logitech but all of a sudden it's not working.
