Review on ZeroTouch - Out of Production by Tim Wadman

When I bought it for the first time. I love it. It worked great. until this happened. Not sure if it was an update on the phone or something with Logitech but all of a sudden it's not working. In an attempt to "fix" myself, I uninstalled and hoped to reinstall and reconnect. You can imagine my shock when the "Zero Touch" app that makes this mount work wasn't downloaded anywhere else. Without the attachment, the mount is now useless. It's amazing that Logitech continues to sell a product that customers can't even use. It's been two weeks now with no response from Logitech and no app available. avoid it I wish I could.
