Loyal Firm supplies C930c instead of C930e. Chinese firmware does not work with all programs. I am requesting a reasonable replacement and will continue to update this review as I progress. If I do not receive a replacement I will be returning this product. Edit: They gave a reasonable replacement at the end, so I'm upvoting a bit.
