Doesn't work with iPad Pro after iOS 11.1 update

After Apple's latest iOS 11.1 update, iPad Pro won't charge while you're using it (as long as the keyboard is connected via SmartConnector). This severely limits its usefulness. With the keyboard closed, it will charge normally, but as soon as you put it in the working position, the charging process will be switched off. If you turn it off and on again, it will briefly start charging and then stop. This has been a great keyboard for me for 2 years. Protects the iPad well, it is durable and very

WARNING: This case will scratch your screen!

I received this keyboard case a little over two months ago and I absolutely love it. It's very solid and the backlight and function keys were a nice touch. However, after two months of use, I noticed a white stripe on my iPad Pro's screen where the palm rest of the keyboard touches the iPad when it's closed. I thought it might have been rubbed off as it could have been skin cells or dirt. However, after a lot of cleaning and trying to remove it, I found that the keyboard case was actually…

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Doesn't work with iPad Pro

Background: I bought my 12.9 inch iPad Pro in September. Shortly thereafter I bought this keyboard case from Logitech. It's not a bad keyboard, but I've found that if I connect the keyboard to my iPad via the magnetic connector while my iPad is charging, my iPad will stop charging. That is very strange. But I've come to the conclusion that it's a keyboard issue after replacing the entire iPad, charging cable, and adapter. Even after replacing all Apple products, the problem persisted. This…

A simple fix for that case where iPad Pro screen is scratched.

I read about this incident where the iPad Pro screen was scratched. I found a solution that works for me because I like this keyboard case the most. 1/2 inch maximum. This will loosen the magnetic catch a bit from 1/16", but not as much if you are using a thin bumper like 1/32". I placed three of these bumpers on the metal area where my palm would rest. when typing: one on each side, one in the middle, which prevents the metal surface and the screen from touching, even when you press hard on…

Redesigned to combat the constantly smudged screen

This is my third. Finally fixed an issue that kept scratching or damaging screens, or at least I think so. The first one I bought was black in December 2015 and was $149. The next was purchased in November 2016 for $130. The most recent was sold in June 2017 for $110. If a product works as advertised and the quality matches the price, I usually give five stars first and then subtract stars for issues with usability, functionality, imperfections, quality, etc. First things first, scratches on…
