My boss wants to participate in Teams and Zoom meetings, but is not interested in switching to a laptop. I bought this item hoping that it could be easily customized with its outdated desktop. Video quality is very good. When I use it in scale meetings and video calls I see a difference in quality between my video and others, in my experience mine is significantly better. In low-light locations, consider using a better light source as the small bulbs on the device don't help illuminate your face. Also, I like to sit 3-4 feet from the camera and the quality is still good, which surprised me. The microphone is also very good, even at a distance that I like to sit at.

This device is very easy to set up and use and I have found the Cyberlink YouCam software to work well. My only problem is that everything is transferred in mirror image and there is no way to change this in the camera settings.
