🎥 Logitech C920 HD Pro Webcam, 1080p Widescreen Video Calling and Recording (960-000764) Review

The box arrived damaged and when I put it in the camera the quality of the camera was just terrible. I don't think this product is official Logitech. I think it's fake.

I'm starting with a problem with Windows 10. It took me a few hours to get this camera working before I came across a youtube video that suggested a working solution. By default, Windows 10 privacy settings are set to block USB webcams and microphones. Here is the unlock procedure. 1) Click Start button 2) Click Settings 3) Click Privacy 4) Click Camera under App Permissions 5) Click Change under Camera access for this device 6) In the pop-up window, press the Slide switch to set it to the "on"

I need a cam to work out about 4 hours straight a day. I've been using it for basically exactly a month, but it hasn't worked for five days. Today I was able to test it, after about 20 minutes the camera heats up and starts to shut down. If I take a break of about a minute, it can go on for another 20 minutes. I wish I could return this and get 922. I should be able to choose 15 or 30 fps. It also doesn't do a green screen. I read that it was and it isn't. It was a waste of money for me as it's basically the same as my old Chinese webcam that cost $30.

NOTE. The test concerns this webcam in combination with a Late 2017 MacBook Pro. Despite downloading the Logitech MacBook drivers, installing the app and surfing the web for instructions on how to do this (note: you also need to change a few different settings in the system preferences ), the webcam often stops working and needs to be reconfigured. -Charging a computer for work. This camera cannot focus. it says it's 1080 but it always looks very fuzzy. Focus is also often lost and very difficult to refocus. I've had it for a few weeks and am considering getting a new one as the quality is very poor.

I bought this camera so I can record videos and chat live on Facebook without using my iPhone. Now I can connect this camera to my laptop. Clarity still depends on how good your internet is for live video. It's not always clear because our internet service isn't the best, even though it's an HD camera.
