Excellent headphone. Little problem. Fucking support.

This is a really good headset. Sounds great and looks great. The only problem I have is that I have to manually switch between speakers and headset when they are in use or not. This seems like an uncommon problem, but Logitech support didn't offer me any help or bothered me about it (not cool). It's as simple as using a hotkey program I've found, or right-clicking the speaker button on the taskbar and toggling it, but from what I've read it seems it should automatically toggle when I turn on…

The range is worse than Bluetooth so I have to ask what's the

Microphone stopped working after 3 months - bad design, bad repair?

I bought this refurbished headset and was quite happy with it for the first few months. After about 3 months the microphone started making static noise and after 4 months it stopped working at all. After investigating the issue, I found that Logitech was largely to blame for the microphone's poor design. There is a cable that stretches every time you pull the mic up or down to enable/disable it. I understand there is a dedicated mic mute button, but I unplugged the mic until it was used…
