I find these brushes work about the same whether you buy these, Mash or Tweezerman. I will say the bristles here last a bit longer than the Mash but after about 3 weeks of daily use they start to fall apart. I don't think there is a workaround to this, the plastic bristles just wear out. I work with ink and I think this brush suits me. An excellent brush for hands and nails. The rear size has a narrow row of very stiff bristles for cleaning nails, while the front has a wider row of long bristles that aren't as stiff for cleaning dirty hands or feet.
