Does the job well

Not bad considering the price. Good for garage or kitchen. The speakers boom a little at low frequencies, but the EQ balances it all out.

Very simple construction. well suited for compact radios and stereo systems

This stereo was to replace a larger one and I thought it was too small. I was surprised by the sound and how it can work on such a small device. It was perfect!

Hissing on one channel, intermittent on the other

On the first connection, the right channel did not work, and the left gave out a constant tick-tick-tick when the system should be silent. I checked for loose connections and everything looked fine. I changed the cables and then both worked. But I never managed to get rid of the ticking - it just switched to the other side - so I sent the product back. Two stars instead of one for the fact that the design is practically cute and the sound matches the price.
