Purchased for Maytag Microwave. It was a floor standing model that never turned on but was opened and closed many times before I received it. I noticed that it flickered a bit when opening the door and then continued to work for a second or two with the door open. There are 3 different switches in my device that match this kit exactly. Installed it and now it works great. 30 minutes and less than $15 took care of it. No need to try to find someone to do warranty repairs.

I was able to move these switches forward even though mwave was still set over range. You should be aware that there is a secure latch that will hold the connecting wires to the tabs on the switches and will not come loose until you press the latch. I also broke some of the plastic pins that the switches slide on, but I was able to lock the new switches in place with just the right length of screw (critical in some positions). Of the 3 switches, one has 3 poles (easy to follow), the other two only have 2 poles, NO - one is normally open (NO) and the other is normally closed (NC)!
