Zippers on bags look "rough/sticky". I don't know how to explain but they are quite difficult to attach/detach. The buckles, as someone mentioned, don't stay closed, so I just took them off. Other than that, it's a pretty good bag. Update 28/06/20 - unfortunately I requested a refund because the zips were too much of a problem and cut my hands. 😔

I've had this for about a month now and I love this bag. Very spacious, expensive, but so far I like it. Tons of branches and lots of compliments. The zips really cling to lil and worry about the shoulder straps as they look lil already worn considering I've only been using them for a month and not stuffing too much, the bag seems solid but time will demonstrate! So far I am delighted with the bag and would buy it again.

When I received my bag today I thought it would fit my 15.6" laptop at 15" wide (which is a diagonal size, it is 14 inches wide and 9 high). It fits perfectly in the bag but at first I couldn't get it in the zipper so I had to rip it off a bit on one side and sew it back on so it barely fits. So if you are looking for a laptop bag for your travels, then this bag is not for you if the laptop size is over 15 inch. I have purple and red. Purple is more of a grayish color with hints of purple and I don't mind it, but if you're expecting a bright purple that stands out, you'll be disappointed. The red definitely stands out, it's not a bright cherry red, it's a bit darker but still stands out and looks beautiful.
