🖼️ Set of 4 Framed Pre-Stretched BLANK Cotton Double Gesso Artist Canvases, 8x10 Inch Review

These canvases were purchased for my granddaughter who has shown interest and skill in drawing and painting. It's a shame when there are skills and no materials. This canvas pack was good value and good quality. Perfect resemblance! I will buy these in larger sizes as well.

I was expecting a little better quality but for the price it was good. None of the four was perfectly square. I placed the print on it and it was very noticeable that my print wasn't perfectly centered because the canvas itself wasn't a perfect rectangle. And a few wooden planks were nailed under the canvas so that flaws in smoothness were visible along the edges. Overall they were cheap and worked for my project. But they didn't really convince me.

These small screens are no different from large pre-stretched screens. They also fit in the frame (in depth). They were shrink-wrapped and delivered on time in perfect condition; like Revane usually does. They are perfect for my still lifes or portraits. (Although I will probably sand lightly for portraits as the surface is rougher than I prefer for portraits.) I prefer stretched canvas over panels and they work very well for my purpose.
