Great - but not perfect.

Big update of all the negative thoughts I heard about the first version. I'm a professional photographer and this has definitely added to my workflow - both on desktop and surface. Very customizable, but it has a few quirks. It does everything you would expect except for the following: 1) Custom buttons don't work in brush/gradient/radial filter mode. I assigned C5/C6 to zoom in and out and it reverts to default key settings in adjustment brush mode. There wouldn't be much of a problem other…

Worth the money, good for camera and photography

While I'm not sure I like Loupedeck+, I definitely wouldn't want to edit large amounts of photos without it now that I have experience have use it. (I refrained from buying the previous version.) I recently had to do a basic Lightroom setup on nearly 2,000 photos from multiple jobs to test for online galleries for clients to order. I'm sure Loupedeck+ saved me many hours of work compared to the tedious process of carefully moving sliders in LR. Yes, it's quite expensive, but if you work a lot…

Don't be fooled by the pictures and paid reviews

I really wanted to like it but it just won't happen. The concept is brilliant, 5 stars, but the implementation is lame, it actually falls into a deep hole. Like many Kickstarter-type products, they have a really slick website filled with great visions of their vision for a 'better way'. They probably spent most of their money on marketing, R&D, packaging design, and finding a Chinese manufacturer that would deal with small batches of products. Unfortunately, they could only invest in the…

Absolutely great for Lightroom, Capture One Beta needs work

Let me start off short and sweet. If you're a Lightroom user, you'll love Loupedeck+. I've been using it for 2 days now and it's very intuitive in Lightroom. Knobs for all basic adjustments like exposure and saturation have this speed-based adjustment protocol. This means that a fast or aggressive knowledge rotation will result in big changes, while a slow rotation is for fine-tuning. In addition, the setting is reset to zero when the button is pressed down with a characteristic click…
