As described good for vase filler

The beads arrived on time and were perfect for what I used them for. I filled 24 heart shaped bowls with fake votive candles and green and pink beads. I placed them every 20 feet along the path to light the path to the wedding. It took them several hours to reach their full size, and after that they maintained that size for several days.

Amazing just what I needed

EDIT: Exactly as described and they look great. They are even crowded and I found many on the ground. I put them in a bowl to dry so I can reuse them another time. They continued to grow very slowly for almost 24 hours. I highly recommend wetting a small amount of water before placing them in your desired vase as they will bounce and fly very far if they fall out.

Terrible product

the day before I put them in water and the beads exploded. I only gave it one star because it killed all my flowers! I bought this product to put them in a vase as I thought they were like water beads that hold water so you don't have to pour water into the vase. I was so wrong. In just 1 hour all my flowers fell off and died. Maybe it's poisonous to flowers? Maybe it can't be used in a vase? I don't know, but I know for sure that I will never buy this product again! :(

Great value for money but some of these reviews don't get what it is.

For those who don't know, these are water balloons. You put very small balls in water and they expand and when they get dehydrated they shrink. I bought these for transplanting bamboo, they are very good for bamboo because you can see when you need to add more water by the bulbs shrinking. . These beads appear to be of good quality. However, be careful and take your time adding them. The pack says they fully grow in 2 hours but mine kept growing and overflowing my vase overnight. They seem toโ€ฆ
