I didn't use them for outdoor low voltage lighting. I used on my son's Dodge Dart to wire a switch for an intermittent park switch. I wired the push button switch in parallel with the park switch so if it doesn't work it can push the switch I installed and take the key out. With no slack in the cord and in place, this faucet made installation easy. It worked on the first try.

They were easy to install for a lighting project. A day later, however, the project moves from one place to another. This would cause my lights to flicker or act like they weren't getting power. I ended up having to remove this product and make multiple connections to power my lights. I tried to avoid that when buying this product. Unfortunately this is not the case. I will not buy again.

So far they hold up perfectly in my car radio. I was a bit skeptical but once the wires are clipped in they feel snug and secure. All connections are stable when I turn on the device and there was no intermittent or sudden power outage with anything I connected to them. There were a few 18 AWG wires that were too thick for these connectors, but once stripped they worked fine. For those who don't want to mess with crimping or shrinking, there is no better option!
