Brand new, great price on this model

Unit arrived with all parts mentioned. Nothing has been renovated, everything is new. Please see picture. At $299 it doesn't get any better. Thanks Revin

Great no problem

When I received mine it had all the parts I needed; Block, card, bracket, wiring, converter and sunshield. Used for the first time yesterday and works great. The sensor cable is about 15 feet long (I didn't measure, but it's about that) so I had to buy an extension cable from my local boat shop, but I expected I'd still have to do this for my boat size.

Great options and screen size for a kayak

Really nice car. I first bought the Hook 5 for my kayak but my old eyes wanted to see more so I bought it after looking it up at my local sporting goods store. Even with the 7 inch screen it looks a lot bigger than the Hook 5's screen. It's identical to the other hooks except for the screen size and is a great size for my kayak fishing. I ended up selling my Hook 5 at a loss. to pay for the big 7 inch screen and my only regret is that I didn't start with the Hook 7 from the start.

I HAVE NOT USED IT AT ALL BECAUSE I HAVE AN OLD MODEL THAT WORKS GREAT. Today I went to the lake and called.

I bought HOOK 7 for a year and for two months it never worked very well --- every time I called they showed me how to reboot hardware and that fixed that Problem for a trip I HAVE NOT USED THIS THING AT ALL BECAUSE I HAVE AN OLD MODEL THAT WORKS PERFECTLY. TODAY I WENT TO THE SEA, CALL AND TRY TO SEE IF THEY CAN'T HELP TO RECOVER THE THING (MENU BUTTON NOT WORKING), THEY TOLD ME IT'S IMPOSSIBLE FOR IT TO WORK, AFTER TWO MONTHS WARRANTY AND THAT'S TOO LUCKY CHARACTER
