Easy Tracking Tool For All Types Of Employees

The customer support is amazing! I've never had any issues with them in all my years of using their software. It's very easy to set up your program, and it allows you to track not only points but also miles as well. We're able to see how many cards we have left for people to use by month, quarter or year. You can even send out an e-mail when someone uses one too few times within a certain amount of time. There are so many programs now that offer this service. However, I still believe that…

Customer Service in solving technical problems, easy to use and it's a cloud based software which provides me ease of access to all the needed information. Not much so far, however, I love the concept of the system, so the features will evolve as we move into the future. I think it's a great system for a very cost effective solution. So far, I haven't encountered any problems that haven't been easily resolved and for a solution to be so simple to use it helps make a good impression. I'm able…

Loyalty Card Software - My absolute favorite tool ever!!

The best thing about this software is that it has all of my customer's information in one place! I can easily check their loyalty card balance or print out receipts for them when they are not available to do so themselves (which happens often). It also allows me access from anywhere if needed which makes things easier as well since we have multiple offices with different locations throughout our state. There really isn't anything wrong at this point but there could be more options added such as

  • It's also very easy to access and maintain information without having to visit a customer's location

  • There are some options that aren't currently available such as gift cards that would allow our customers to use them without having to come to our office first
