Loyty Review

It has been really easy for us as marketers, having one platform that can manage all our campaigns (both B2B & A/A) in an integrated way with CRM integration so we have 1 view into what's happening across both channels! The support team are very helpful when needed - not always something you get from some other platforms out there but they're top notch anyway :) Nothing at this stage though? Would love more integrations like Zapier or similar which would make life easier even further down road…

I like that it integrates with our CRM, which makes onboarding new prospects easy! It's also very intuitive once you've used other platforms from their suite (Fulfillment Pro). The best thing I like about this is that it's very easy to use, and I can't seem to find anything I dislike. The program could be more user friendly. It's not as intuitive to navigate around as some other programs are. The customer service has been great though, and they have helped me out when I've had questions or issues with the software.
