Good mesh/size but will easily slash the laminate when cut. It's easy to clean and I mainly use it to slip under something on wax paper or plain paper and to move/carry things into the oven to put on a baking sheet.

I will NEVER learn! If only I had read the reviews I would never have bought this expensive, poorly laminated (bubbled in) piece of paper. I thought I'd get a cutting mat. TOPS, I would pay $5 for this plastic coated sheet of paper because it needs to be placed under glass to be durable.
