This is a good flywheel

I bought this flywheel with an Exedy coupler for my 1999 Toyota Tacoma hoping to do the job myself but never had the time. Took it to a local shop where they got the job done in a day. Installed like new.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Not sure

It will not fit your crankshaft axle!

I couldn't mount this on the crankshaft! It's all the same, I even went to Napa and bought another LUK flywheel and it was the same. I ended up going to Orleys and bought one there and it slipped perfectly. Don't buy this flywheel if you put it on 2.7 3RZ

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Safety

Important parts are missing.

Unfortunately the pins were missing, remember that they are pressed in at the factory and are not included separately. I had to buy a new one locally, at a higher price. This is the first time I've had a problem with LUK. Actually the one I bought locally was also the LUK brand (in its own packaging) but it had pins.

Pros
  • beautiful thing
Cons
  • thin

My big disappointment was to find out that the LuK200 flywheel I had .

I have mixed feelings as when I changed my flywheel I discovered that my old one was badly balanced. My big disappointment was to find that the LuK200 flywheel I ordered had six bolt holes that were machined incorrectly to be about 1/16" from the dowel pins (see attached photo). I had to use a rotary file grinder to lengthen all the holes in the clutch plates to line up with the bolt holes in the flywheel. Everything else went well and my truck seems to run smoother thanks to a better balanced…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Almost ok
