Description of ๐Ÿฅ Lumia Wellness CostoBlock: Effective Relief for Costochondritis & Tietze Syndrome - Targeting Chest & Back Pain

Firm Eva foam provides exceptional support and comfort. Smooth, semi-gloss non-porous materials allows for easy cleaning and disinfecting. Stop that pain you get when you take a deep breath with the Costoblock! The pressure of the 2nd and 3rd ribs against the sternum are what typically cause this unwanted sensation. Recommended by Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and health instructors as the go-to hollistic excercise to treat costochondritis and tietze syndrome. Similar products may be too hard or firm to use for treatment. The Costoblock was designed specifically for this and will be the most useful. Used also for lumbar, lower back issues, or fibromyalgia. Provides lumbar stretch similar to a back stretcher device and eases fibrositis.

Excellent help for chest pain

This item has helped my back after 8 hours of standing. My chest hurt and I put it on the floor and lay on it. You can use a pillow to "go light" on the deadlift if you like. I have had complete relief from my shoulder pain in my chest for the past 2 days. I love it as it's a little smaller than the others and as a woman I prefer that size. I'll try it on my hips.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Worth buying! for lumbar support

Works great! I had a terrible outbreak and bought this bone block. Every morning I use it and do some light stretches. Takes away a lot of pain and I can breathe. I do the same thing at night before bed. It's definitely worth it! I see a lot of people saying he's moving. He didn't move for me. I used it on a yoga mat and it worked great. I also used it on carpet and it didn't move.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Modern

It changed my life!

I was suffering from costochondritis for over a year until I found a video of my back. When I saw the price I thought you can find something cheaper. That was it! I used it daily for 30 days and my symptoms are gone! I still use it for maintenance about once a week because I don't want to have more painful episodes. If you have costochondritis, buy it now!

Pros
  • Such products may be too hard or hard to use for treatment. Costoblock is designed specifically for this and will be the most useful.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Offers unique stretch - Seems to help

I was experiencing upper back pain, probably due to poor posture. I've done this Tyrannosaurus Rex Back Pose to straighten my back with varying degrees of success. This works much better. I recommend putting a pillow under your head first to get used to the stretch. After a week of use I will definitely be incorporating it into my stretching routine. It was half the price of the closest device, and it looks like it's going to hold up.

Pros
  • Rigid EVA foam offers exceptional support and comfort. Smooth, semi-glossy, non-porous materials make cleaning and disinfecting easy
Cons
  • So far so good

Love it! on back, neck and shoulder supports

I work at a computer and don't have an ergonomic device, so my neck and sternum hurt when I bend over. At the end of the day, I like to lift my chest and push my shoulders back, so I thought I'd give it a try. That's incredible! I lay down shortly after at the end of the day when I'm ready for bed and feeling good. It opens my chest wide enough when I place it between my shoulder blades. Things to note I've found that it doesn't have the same effect on other members of my family, but they alsoโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Also used for lower back problems, lower back problems or fibromyalgia. Provides a lumbar stretch similar to a back stretcher and relieves fibrositis.
Cons
  • Some issues

It works out! Great Relief for Costochondritis

Glad I found this product, it's a dense block of foam with a smooth matte finish. It's very firm but surprisingly has just enough elasticity to not cause too much pain when I lie on it. I first tried using my daughter's softball with a towel as suggested in a YouTube video I watched, but it was too hard and painful. I could barely lie on it for 3 seconds. A few days later I found this bone block while browsing and decided to give it a try. I tried it for 10 minutes the first day and it wasโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Recommended by Physical Therapists, Chiropractors and Health Coaches as a staple exercise in the treatment of Costochondritis and Tietze's Syndrome.
Cons
  • Frequency
