I work at a computer and don't have an ergonomic device, so my neck and sternum hurt when I bend over. At the end of the day, I like to lift my chest and push my shoulders back, so I thought I'd give it a try. That's incredible! I lay down shortly after at the end of the day when I'm ready for bed and feeling good. It opens my chest wide enough when I place it between my shoulder blades. Things to note I've found that it doesn't have the same effect on other members of my family, but they also have different body types (tall physique) and discomfort (lower back issues). I recently updated my workbench, so this issue should be resolved.
