Luminarc Perfection Stemless Wine Glass Set - 12 Pack, 15 oz, Clear - N0056 Review

I read some reviews about durability, packaging, quality and other issues. Decided to give them a chance anyway. They arrived very well packaged, no loss. They all lie flat against a hard surface and appear to be very well made. Put them in the dishwasher in disinfection mode and they will be perfectly clean without damaging the dishwasher. Everyday wine glasses, they are attractive, functional and proven to last. Of course, you can't beat the price and they're made in the USA!

Over the years I've owned a variety of stemless glasses, from the chunky but cheap Libbey to the elegant but fragile and expensive Riedels. In any case, these Luminarc glasses are the golden mean for me. They're narrow enough to be held securely, but wide enough to perfectly convey flavors from Cabernet to Côte du Rhone. The glass is quite thick without being heavy or bulky and the rounded rim makes it safer to drink and much easier to dry. The price is great; I doubt I will ever order anything

Durable and good value. Super packed. They rarely break (a miracle for wine glasses), but when they do I don't care because they're very cheap. However, there are a few small bubbles that are visible to the eye. Definitely something to consider in production as they can be a safety hazard and I haven't had any issues with them other than aesthetics (although the bubbles are very small). First thing I would like to say is these glasses were securely packed in tons of padding/bubble wrap and arrived in perfect condition! The packaging was so secure that the egg box would have arrived safely! The glasses are well weighted at the bottom so you don't have to worry about them tipping over like stemmed glasses do.
