After trying this product, i am absolutely impressed with its performance. It is highly compatible and has made transportation of my goods much simpler .The printer produces bright, clear labels that are easy to read. The customer service was top-notch helping me through the installation process. The only downside is the initial setup can be a little confusing for those unfamiliar with this type of technology..

My analysis of this product showed that it is completely useless .it consistently printed labels with incorrect information and often jammed. The only positive thing about this printer is its affordable price. In terms of functionality it is an absolute disaster. Dont waste your money..

I don't like everything about this printer. I had a hard time connecting the printer to my desktop. He says it's Bluetooth, but there must be something else because it definitely isn't. Aside from trying to print the labels, the labels didn't print properly. That would be either too little or too much cutting out of buyer information. The label printer is cute but a waste of money because it doesn't print like it should.
