The product was surprisingly easy to install and sync with my hue system. Works great with very minimal delay if any. As someone who is renting this is a perfect option to the hard-wiring ones!One thing they could improve is the material of the knob, it can feel a bit flimsy, though I understand the lightweight is probably necessary for it to stay secure without any permanent hardware.

I ordered 3 of these - Two for use on beside nightstands and one for use as intended as a hallway dimmer.They work as advertised. The two reasons there's a small reduction in stars is:a) They "feel" cheap. I'm not saying they are, but they feel like it. For the price you'd expect better, more robust build quality. Dead simple to install, takes all of 30 seconds. I have a bunch of these throughout the house. I also have a some Hue branded dimmer switches, and 1 Hue Tap Dial Switch. The Aurora is less customizable (after all its just 1 button + rotating dial) but arguably more intuitive than the Hue Dimmer, especially for visitors.These are ideal for rooms where you don’t often need to change color temp (or color, if you have White & Color Ambiance bulbs like I do).In a couple instances I pulled out an old

This dimmer switch can be a bit finicky to install, but one installed, it works great.You really need to get the base clamped tightly to the light switch for it to be secure. If it’s not clamped tightly, the base will come off when you pull the dimmer off to change the battery.Also, if the light switch is at all loose, the dimmer will seem loose also.It was easy to pair to the hue hub and works perfectly. Battery life is (so far) well over a year.

This is a very clever product by Lutron that works extremely well. It used to be possible in the Hue app to customize the behavior of the dimmer button to have additional control options: for example, a long press could be configured to activate a different scene. That's no longer possible - probably because of Hue's changes to their software. I really miss that flexibility and I hope Hue and Lutron will work together to reintroduce those options.

If using Home Assistant. The button Toggle wont work if using the Nortek stick. works fine when you pair it directly to the hue lights though.
