Not as advertised! in Outdoor Recreation

The online description and packaging states that the gloves have a "gel" lining. Gloves have foam padding - bad. inaccurate description!

Pros

Cons
  • Modernity

Great gloves! outside

I recently had surgery on my left hand and bought these gloves to make cycling more comfortable. I also bought a pair for my husband and we were both surprised at how much better our hands felt after riding for a while. We ride hybrid bikes and often do bumpy trials; The gloves did a great job of reducing the tingling that comes from constant vibration.

Pros
  • great for me
Cons
  • vulgarity

Good gloves that do the job

These gloves are pretty good, if not the best that can be made. The padding is good but could be thicker and a bit firmer. Key Point: Compared to other gloves, the padding sits in the right place and distributes handlebar force over most of the palm. Other gloves I tried had strategically placed pads and in my experience they were terrible. While it's not the ideal amount of padding for mountain biking, it's good enough to recommend.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Clarity

Great view, great fit!

I was hoping these gloves would relieve the cramping, numbness and fatigue I was experiencing from riding 50-80km on commuter and trail bikes. They did! Dramatic difference and the gloves became instantly comfortable. They fit well, just like other gloves I've bought (clothing, work, etc.). When I saw the picture I thought the "easy" moves were basically useless. You are not; They are absolutely functional and make it much easier and faster to take off the gloves.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Good but not great

but i love everything about this glove

I have small hands so I never know if to choose small or medium. I probably should have gone ahead and gone for the middle one, but I love everything about this glove! I can't complain about the sizing because I didn't take the time to measure my hand to make sure I was the right size. The padding is what I was looking for, the upper material is very breathable and comfortable and I appreciate the toe straps. I would recommend these gloves - and will probably buy another pair.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Nothing here

Works great!

Great product! I recently got back into cycling and have started to develop some painful calluses so I ordered these! The color says gray but refers to the color of the palm. It's more like the color of the sea wave. The palms feel like soft suede (with enough padding!) so I used tape to protect the fabric. Washing instructions are in the photos. They also have loops to easily remove the gloves which I find very handy! It really helps me with a stranglehold on the steering wheel! They are small

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Faulty

Poor quality - one was smaller than the other

This product was one of the worst cycling gloves I have ever used. One was smaller than the other, and the so-called gel pads (it could be foam rubber) on the arms broke down after less than thirty minutes of driving. Although it had many features, many of them were not implemented properly. Like the thumb towel, I thought it would be useful, but it immediately started to wear out. The tips of the fingertips have begun to crumble, and the thread is squeezing the fingers. My right hand started…

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • so far so good

Disappointing: Gloves, mittens, and balaclavas

Pro: great fit; The gloves are flexible and close securely with Velcro. They breathe well on hot mornings. I would say they fit as expected based on the chart. The Velcro function basically works as intended. Cons: These gloves are designed to "relieve hand fatigue" and "reduce road vibration when mountain biking." I ride racing bikes, they should be softer than mountain bikes. In fact, the gloves I received have far less "cushion pads" than even the most basic cycling gloves. It's like riding…
