I really like these bookends. Not only are they pretty, but they are heavy enough to stabilize anything you need. I bought for gifts and I can't wait to share them.

These bookends are beautiful and sturdy but the bottoms do not have furniture-proctors. I am hoping to put these on top of my piano but I'll be putting some furniture protecting pads on the bottom as I don't what these to scratch my precious piano top. I was going to return these but they are just too beautiful not to keep. Please, please, add some pads in the future production.

Love these bookends, they are very pretty and hold a big row of books nice and straight, with an under-book plate about 7 inches. Why is it so hard to find bookends at a store other than Revain? So glad to find these!

These are great! They do their job and look nice next to my books. I liked it so much I got two sets. One for my bedroom, one for my cook books in the kitchen. :)

Fit nicely on a small shelving unit. Wanted something with a little flair and this was it. Works perfectly. May not appeal to younger consumers.

These are beautiful bookends, that look great in my office. I wanted something that was elegant that could hold books that I use regularly on my desk. These work wonderfully. I highly recommend it.

These handsome bookends are as useful as they are attractive. The heavy weight of the metal combined with the unusually long bottom appendage make them fit to hold your heavy unabridged dictionary or your paperbacks securely.

Received as a Christmas gift. I was expecting these bookends to have a vintage, worn look with darker and lighter areas as shown in the photos but there is no dimension in the paint- it is literally just one shade of brown, not even bronze. The photos also make it seem as though they have a matte finish but they have a cheap looking gloss coating. With all that being said, I will use them but I would be returning if I purchased with my own money. Very disappointing.

Bought one set and liked it so much, bought another. Very sturdy, attractive with a wide base to sit books on which secures the ends so everything stays put, even when removing a few books for use, leaving gaps in the books still being held! Delighted with function and look.

These are really beautiful and they definitely have some heft to them. They're well-made and they have a nice protective surface on the bottom. Turns out I'm not going to be using them where and how I thought I would but they're so pretty and nice I'm definitely finding another location to use them!

The concept is great, but I had to purchase it FOUR times until I got two bookends that were fairly decently made. The swirls are crooked or lopsided. Typical China junk.

They are very sturdy…not heavy at all. Bookends that were not so elegant looking were $60.00. These were worth the money spent.

These bookends are so nice! I love the weight and the color. They are tall enough and deep enough to hold cookbooks on my sideboard and they are very decorative as well.

They aren't as heavy as I thought they would be, but they look nice and the bottom seems like it is longer than most bookends and that makes them more stable. For the price they're still a pretty good deal.

I ordered one pair of these and loved them, so I ordered two more pair and could immediately see exactly what some were talking about when they complained about sloppy workmanship. The second two pair I received had globs of solder and paint (and places where paint was missing) and it looked like they were formed then something leaned against them and made it very messy and deformed when it dried.
