They're pretty good, but they're very snug on the head (begins to hurt almost immediately). They also don't fully cover my prescription glasses, but they're good enough. I like that they are slightly yellowish instead of dark orange like the first pair I tried. I've had absolutely no improvement in my ability to fall asleep after using it, or my sleep quality.

I ordered them because my eye doctor said they were good. I have some dry eye issues and use my iPad for reading, streaming movies and TV, and playing games.
