Fits snugly to the head to block out blue light Glasses
They're pretty good, but they're very snug on the head (begins to hurt almost immediately). They also don't fully cover my prescription glasses, but they're good enough. I like that they are slightly yellowish instead of dark orange like the first pair I tried. I've had absolutely no improvement in my ability to fall asleep after using it, or my sleep quality.
