Excellent print quality. I've been using LxTek toner cartridges for a few years now (works great!) and just recently replaced the printer drum with an LxTek drum. Highly recommended. Good price!

LxTek replacement photoconductor for my Brother TN450 B&W printer produces very poor quality copies. A new drum unit, required after printing approximately 12,000 pages, replaced the original Brother part. However, the LxTek replacement will not print properly without a vertical white line on the page. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips in the Brother manual to no avail. While the LxTek secondary toner works well, I cannot recommend it for the photoconductor.

Just follow the instructions and you will be satisfied. I looked at so many reviews and worried that an unfamiliar brand would be recognized; Guess IST! The bonus is that you get 2 DR-420 drums complete with instructions. Upset! PS I have attached a screenshot of 100% drum life after following their instructions. I also bought their toner and my favorite Brother MFC-7360N is like new and I have an EXTRA drum and 3 EXTRA toners all LESS than the price of the official Brother drum!

I like the price and that there are two packs. They fit the printer snugly, only complaint is the second one didn't work at all. It squeaked when you moved the green tab to put in new toner. The printer never recognized it as a new drum. That's why I gave 3 stars.

After being asked to replace the drum, I decided to try an LxTek compatible drum. The new drum combined with the LxTek toner cartridges that I also bought makes my old Brother DW2270 print like new!

I installed one of the two drums in my Brother HL-2280-DW and it went in with no problem. I had to reset the drum life on the printer but it was easy with a little help from a google search. I've found that the different printers that these drums fit have slightly different key sequences to reset the drum, so it's best to look up your specific model. My Brother printer has been a great workhorse so I expect it will continue to work so I can use a second photoconductor at some point - probably…

I am very happy with the LXTEK DR420 drum kit that I recently purchased. Two drum units are included and the price is about half the price of an original Brother drum unit. While the instructions were very minimal, you don't really need them. You simply remove the toner pack from the old drum, put it in the new drum and put it in the printer.
