Used to protect the edge of the kayak

High elasticity, better than expected. Easy to cut and lock once placed on a surface. I ran a piece of hard plastic around the edge to make sure it was completely flat and fully attached. My Tukteck kayak is much more visually appealing and less harsh to fold and unfold.

Easy to install and offers adequate protection but struggles with tight turns.

This product is supplied as a roll of U-strips in a fairly small package. The instructions were the usual Google translated version, but for the most part they were easy enough to understand, if mostly unnecessary. At first I was very confused by the "steel band" but after cutting the first piece the inner steel band became visible and the instructions became clearer. Installation was very easy - I pinned everything in one punch and trimmed with a pair of wire cutters. The rubber is quite thick
